Tutorial: Paper Dolls as Cupcake Toppers

Hi everyone! Paper dolls can be so versatile - you can use them as gift toppers, party decorations, party favors, party activities where kids can color and dress them up and even to add an extra touch of sweetness to your cupcakes. I have to say that even though I'm technically a grown-up person, I'm enjoying my paper dolls just as much as a kid! Let me show you how I designed this little cutie.

Add details to the doll with black pen.
Create an arching banner for her to hold over her head out of Whip Cream cardstock. Attach to her hands with Journey Glaze.
Write the name of a party attendee with pen on the banner.
Attach a toothpick to her feet with tape.
Once all your party decor and food are set up, stick the doll (s) into place.
