Layout Tutorial: A Layout with Origami Inspired Accents

When did you first learn to do origami?

I think I was 8 when I first started. My mom bought me this tiny book that stepped out how to make a dozen projects. I LOVED it! I made all the projects several times using various papers. I still have that book and I still love following it to make little origami pieces.

Needless to say that when I saw the new Richard Garay Origami Love collection, I was excited! You have to see the patterned papers in this collection. They all include some sort of paper folded designs. Today I want to share with you a video tutorial to create a scrapbook layout using the Origami Love collection.

First, let's start with the supplies:
Origami Love Printed Paper
Hello Butterfly Stamp/Die Set

Amaze machine
Gold Silk Luster
Rose Chintz Silk Luster
Cool Caribbean Silk Luster

Other: thread, tape, watercolor, paint brush, color pencils

And here's the video tutorial. You can watch it here or follow this link

I hope you enjoy!
