Card Tutorial: One for The Dapper Gent!

Now, crafters like you and I know that there aren't as many great products to create for the guys as there are for girls, babies, travel, seasons, etc. And most of us have faced the challenge of creating something that would appeal to men from our generic craft supplies. At Creativation 2017, Richard Garay released a line of paper crafting dies, stamps and papers called RG Days that takes the traditional blues, browns, stripes, argyles and menswear icons to a new height of style. This collection surely makes creating for the dapper gent a breeze!

Today, I want to share with a card where I mixed in fun colors with the RG Days collection.

Let's start with the list of supplies (some are affiliate links):
RG Days Printed Paper
The Details Stamp/Die set
Berry Black True Color Fusion Ink
Golden Glow Cardstock
Captivating Coral Cardstock
Luscious Lime Cardstock
Catalina Splash Cardstock
Whip Cream Cardstock
Amaze machine
Journey Crease Tool
Journey Pro Shears
Easy Glide Tape Runner
Journey Foam Squares - Small

Follow along to make a similar card.

Stamp the bow ties from The Details stamp/die set with Berry Black True Color Fusion Ink on pieces of Captivating Coral, Catalina Splash, Golden Glow and Luscious Lime cardstock.
Die-cut the bow ties using the corresponding dies from The Details stamp/die set and Amaze machine.
Trim 'How To Tie A Bow Tie' paper from RG Days Printed Papers down to 5.25" x 4".
Trim Whip Cream cardstock down to 8.5" x 5.5". Use Crease Tool to make a crisp fold to make 5.5" x 4.25" card.
Attach the printed paper on the card base.

Stamp the sentiment 'So Dapper' on Golden Glow cardstock with Berry Black True Color Fusion ink.
Attach the sentiment to the card.
Add a Journey Foam Square Small at the back of the knot of each die-cut bow tie.
Arrange the bow ties on the card as shown.

Here are some close-ups of my card. I hope you enjoy!
