Card Turorial: Amazing You!

Hi there! Today we are having a snow day here and that makes me think of sunny warm days. That is what inspired me to make this card. If a loved one is having a difficult time, this could be an encouragement card for them. Despite the cold and the grey all around, there's always a promise of sunshine tomorrow, both weather and emotion-wise.

To make this card, you'll need the following supplies (some are affiliate links):
Amazing Day Dream Bundle

This bundle is part of the RG Deal of the Week:
SKU: RGBD-0071
Retail Price: $15.97
DEAL OF THE WEEK PRICE: $29.97

Whip Cream Cardstock

Butter Cream Cardstock
Delightful Daisy True Color Fusion Ink
Odacious Orange True Color Fusion Ink Sea Spray True Color Fusion Ink

Celebra'tions Special Occasion 12" x 12" prints

Celebra'tions Assorted 12" x 12" prints
Amaze Die-Cutting Machine

Die-cut the clouds from the Day Dreams Set out of Whip Cream and Butter Cream Cardstock and the sun out of the yellow gingham print from the Celebra'tions Assorted 12x12 Printed paper.
Ink up the sentiment 'Amazing You', halfway from the top with Delightful Daisy True Color Fusion Ink and the bottom half with Odacious Orange True Color Fusion Ink.
Cut the stamped sentiment out with scissors and outline with pencil.
Dab Sea Spray True Color Fusion Ink Pad on a 5.25" x 4" piece of Whip Cream cardstock.

Use the flower/starburst stamp from the Amazing You set with Sea Spray True Color Fusion Ink to create some patterns on the background.
Attach the sun and clouds as shown.
Add a Bro Rivet to the center of the sun.
Create a card base by trimming the Celebra'tions Special Occasion paper down to 8.5" x 5.5" and fold in half.
Stitch the blue card surface on the card base. Add some decorative stitching.
Splatter some Gold Silk to finish.

Here are a few close-ups of my card.

I hope you enjoy!
