Card Tutorial: Cake & Blooms Fit for a Birthday

Hello there! Today's card is all about cakes and blooms and it's fit for a birthday! I wanted to experiment with a color scheme that I don't normally reach for just because sometimes it's good to break the patterns we bind ourselves in.

To make today's card, you'll need the following supplies (some are affiliate links):

This bundle is part of the RG Deal of the Week:
SKU: RGBD-0026
Retail Price: $
46.92
DEAL OF THE WEEK PRICE: $

Delightful Daisy Cardstock

Cotton Candy Cardstock
Cranberry Bliss Cardstock

Totally Tangerine True Color Fusion Ink
Amaze Die-Cutting Machine
Journey Crease Tool
Easy Glide Permanent Adhesive Runner
Journey Foam Squares - small
Journey Glaze

Use the Eat Cake Embossing die frame with the Amaze machine to cut the frame.
Also, diecut the Eat, Cake, and cake pieces and the Rosette Blooms out of Cotton Candy cardstock.
Ink the diecut blooms and add Bezel Dots for flower centers.

Trim Cranberry Bliss Cardstock to 8.5" x 5.5". Fold in half to create a 5.5" x 4.24" card.
Splatter Cool Caribbean Silk Luster to the card.
Attach the frame to the card.
Highlight the embossed design on the cake diecut with the Cool Caribbean silk. When dry attach to the card.
Add the sentiment 'Eat Cake' and the flowers as shown.
Attach more Bezel Dots to the card to embellish.
