Book Review: The French Chef In America

I'll admit that I'm not so much into French cooking. But I'm into biographies, especially of women who made an impact on this world in their chosen fields. And this book, The French Chef In America: Julia Child's Second Act  which I heard in a series of nine audio CDs lasting eleven hours read by the author and Julia's husband's great-nephew, Alex Prud'homme himself, certainly was captivating!

If you have read other Julia Child biographies, you will still find new information about the later years of her life after her phenomenal success of Mastering the Art of French Cooking and as TV personality. If you are new, then you might find it fascinating to learn about this legendary woman and her deep passion for French cooking.
I received this book from Blogging for Books for this review.
