I'm really excited about this special issue! I love your layout. The two tags together to make the heart is brilliant and your color choices are always amazing.
My own budget tip? I love masks. I have a mask alphabet I got for $1. With chalks, inks, mists, crayons, etc. I can come up with infinite ways to use it. And unlike stickers or chipboard, it never runs out.
Would love to win a copy of this issue!
My tip: Keep scraps and use them for cards or embellishments.

My budget tip: make your own cute layered embellishments using bits of felt, fabric and buttons. Add a bit of glitter glue to make them sparkle!

My tip: You can use paper and simulate just about anything--buttons, fabric, ribbon. So easy!
CK's special publications are always wonderful, so thanks for the giveaway! My tip is that I love to use my die cutter to create letters and shapes -- it's definitely budget friendly because I often utilize my scraps this way!
